Why Brendan?

The relationship between you and your therapist is crucial.

It can make or break your experience with therapy. You must be completely comfortable being your truest self in order to fully benefit from the process and I will provide that space for you.

As a South Bay native, I am blessed to have grown up in this community. I enjoyed Junior LifeGuards, all day on the beach, skating, snowboarding, Mira Costa High School, and the local music scene with the greatest group of friends which provided me with love, support and community.

I’m continually grateful to still live here with my wife and our two dogs. But I also understand the unique and very real challenges that exist within our local culture too.

I’ll be supporting and guiding you in your process to pursue the paths that can best serve you and your goals. I’m a believer of the whole person experience and I like to incorporate your eating, sleeping, exercise, and self care practices into your treatment.

I will actively and intently listen to you to learn about you and to understand who you are.

“It is more important to know what sort of person has a disease than to know what sort of disease a person has.”
