My foundation is Humanistic and Existential.
I work with Teens and Adults to navigate the shared, complex struggle of being human. I see you as the ultimate, and only, authority on you and your own life.
We will focus on finding meaning under constraint, unmasking your authentic self, and building real autonomy.
An Active Dialogue
Our sessions are conversations within an active and collaborative relationship. While I meet you where you are, I also take an engaged and direct role.
We will look honestly at what is and isn’t serving you, bringing that integrated perspective to life by looking at how your social interactions, physical habits, sleep, and health actively align with who you want to be.
Under the Surface
By integrating psychodynamic insights and examining your family background, we will look at how your upbringing might still be quietly influencing your self-worth, decision-making process, stress responses, and relational patterns.
This isn’t about staying stuck in the past or assigning blame; it’s about understanding the foundation you grew up with so you can move forward in your freedom and your choices, for you.
Social Dynamics & Neurodiversity
Connecting with others shouldn’t feel like a stressful performance. I work with neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals to understand the subtle nuances of relationships and communication.
We will work on building social connections with genuine boundaries that feel authentic to you and your specific wiring, so you can feel confident and comfortable just being you.
